These photos illustrate the closures of parts of Hebron. The top photo is the other side of the yeshiva, contrasted with a nearby Palestinian building, where repairs are apparently forbidden. Below is another gate preventing access by from one part to another.
The two men are a tour guide, Abu Hassan, and a shop owner who is prohibited from entering the dwelling above his shop. He has opened the door, but others are welded shut as shown in the photo below.
